Longueuil, Quebec \u2013 Azimut Exploration Inc. (\u201cAzimut\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) (TSXV: AZM) is pleased to report the full results from the 2019 exploration program on the 20-kilometre-long Copperfield Trend identified on the Pikwa Property (the \u201cProperty\u201d) in the James Bay region of Quebec (see Figures 1 to 5).
\nThe encouraging results from 2019 include the discovery of high-grade mineralized outcrops and proximal boulders (up to 20.1% Cu and up to 13.45 g\/t Au) that correlates with a 5.5-kilometre-long copper soil anomaly. These results warrant a substantial follow-up program that will comprise ground geophysics (induced polarization) and a maiden diamond drilling program in early 2020.
\nThe Property is part of the James Bay Strategic Alliance (the \u201cAlliance\u201d) between Azimut and SOQUEM Inc. (\u201cSOQUEM\u201d), a subsidiary of Ressources Qu\u00e9bec.
